Waspada Penyakit Stroke Menyerang Anda

Seorang pria berusia 38 tahun dan kondisi kesehatannnya dalam 5 tahun terakhir baik. Mengagetkan, karena pada suatu hari tiba-tiba ia mengeluh karena lehernya kaku dan sakit pada puncak kepala. Sejak kejadian ini berulang-ulang timbul keluhan serupa, yang sembuh sendiri setelah beberapa hari. Keluhan sakit kepala tidak bisa lokasinya yang tepat maupun derjat sakitnya oleh si penderita. Tetapi ketika diperiksa sakit kepalanya menjadi lebih jelas dan menyebarnya ke bagian depan. Sakit kepala ini terjadi setelah 30 menit timbul kaku leher. Rasa sakitnya juga tambah berat bila rangsangan cahaya terang. Pemeriksaan rontgen pada tulang leher tidak ada kelainan. Penderita ini mempunyai riwayat keluarga dengan keluhan migrain, baik ibunya maupun saudara kandungnya yang lain. Pada awal kejadian, sewaktu bangun tidur, pria ini mengeluh pusing 7 keliling dan rasa kesemutan pada pipi kiri. Dua jam kemudian, terasa gatal di daerah belakang mata kiri, lalu muntah muntah. Pada waktu pemeriksaan lanjutan 4 jam setelah datang ke UGD Rumah Sakit, pria ini dinyatakan menderita kelumupuhan di daerah wajah kiri, jenis lower motor neuron, reflex cornea kiri negatif, mati rasa pada wajah bagian kiri, serta mata sebelah kiri bergar-gerik secara horizontal, bicara sukar, serta tanda-tanda kelumpuhan anggota kanan akibat terjadinya gangguan pada sel-sel otak bagian kanan. Hasil scanning menunjukkan gambaran bahwa telah terjadi penyumbatan pada pembuluh darah nadi belakang (Arteri vetebra kiri).
